About Victoria D’Cotledge

In January 2009, after spending 10+ years in law firms ranging in size from international to solo, VICTORIA D'COTLEDGE LEGAL RESEARCH & WRITING was launched to lighten the load of attorneys, law firms, legal departments, and other similarly situated businesses tasked with researching and drafting persuasive legal documents.
Ms. D’Cotledge is a certified Paralegal with extensive legal research and legal writing experience with motions, briefs, writs, points and authorities, and case summaries. Her succinct, strong writing style has captured the favorable attention of judges and attorneys, and requires minimal revisions. She relies on reputable legal research providers and continually receives commendation for her legal acumen, common sense, and attention to detail.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Forensic Science from American InterContinental University and attended Abraham Lincoln School of Law for her first of year of law school, and anticipates resuming her law school education in the near future.
She has experience in the following law practice areas: civil litigation, family, personal injury, employment, criminal defense, contracts, torts, and several others. She is passionate about client advocacy, and often freely gives of her time and legal expertise to help others in need.
In her spare time she enjoys tennis, badminton, track and field; and, is an avid reader of mystery, suspense, and legal thrillers.
